Hello,
I am a new member to this list. I was hoping that there might be other music librarians in University libraries who are running score collections which include scores in parts i.e. recital music for solo with accompaniment/chamber music as well as orchestral scores and choral scores. How is this managed so that the parts do not get lost between issue and return?
Does anyone run this with any sort of self-issue system? Does it require a librarian to run this service i.e. a human being to interface with the customer?
Any information you could share with me on this would be gratefully received.
Many thanks, Clare Scott
