Dear Fsl Group
Given the substantial bias field in our structural scans, we use the bias correction step
before doing bet. However when we input the bias corrected image to SIENAX, we get very different
results compared to a nonbias corrected structural image?
is it incorrect to give SIENAX a bias corrected image? does it not help to have the images bias
corrected before bet?
thanks
