Dear FSL mailing list,
Our lab has acquired some DTI data, some of the subjects have two scans and some have one (collected on a 3T Philips scanner). First, I was wondering if it is recommended to always use average scans for statistics (ex: TBSS), or is it ok to run statistics just on one scan. Second, is it possible to include participants who have an average and those who do not in the same group and run statistics on them? Or is this not a statistically sound method?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Anna Matejko
