Hello FSL experts,
I keep getting an error with the FSL TBSS protocol. Specifically when I run the following command:
tbss_non_FA dmean_dti
I get the following error:
/usr/local/fsl/bin/tbss_non_FA: line 95: /usr/local/fsl/bin/imglob: Argument list too long
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'all_dmean_dti'

This error seems to stem from the command I ran earlier, specifically when using option -n since the error doesn't come up if i use optioin -T:
tbss_2_reg -n
Does anyone know what to make of this? Thanks so much!
Best,
-Vee
