Hi, I have some legacy structural and functional images, and I'm trying to determine whether they were acquired axially, saggitally or coronally. I'm assuming I can determine this using the orientation information from an image (via fslhd), maybe via the qform or sform values, but I'm unsure. Any advice would be very helpful.
Thanks, Chris
