Hi,
You might abuse the fslmeants tool for this. First, you need to create a
mask covering all voxels above threshold. You can use this mask with
fslmeants and set the --showall option. This will output a column for
each voxel. The first three lines specify the coordinates, the following
the voxel values:
fslmaths your_tstat -thr your_threshold -bin above_mask -odt char
fslmeants -i your_tstat -m above_mask --showall -o coords_and_vals.txt
