Dear all,
Please see latest information from the EHPS regarding opportunities at the University of Sheffield. Watch this space for opportunities at the RCSI in Ireland. Also note the request for someone with experience in web design to take on a post within the CREATE team - a really exciting group of early career researchers within european Health Psychology.

An exciting opportunity exists for two Post-doctoral Research Associates to
work alongside Dr Thomas Webb on an ERC-funded research project that will
investigate when and why people fail to monitor their goal progress.
Although the successful candidates will share core skills, each post has a
slightly different focus.
The posts are fixed-term and available immediately on a full-time basis
until 31st October 2015. The closing date for applications is Monday 21st
November 2011.

Dear CREATE members,
we would like to announce that the position of the CREATE webmaster (who also is a member of the CREATE organising committee) will become available on Jan 1st 2012.
If you still are a PhD student, have some experience with maintaining websites and/or content management systems and would like to actively engage in organising the CREATE workshops please send a short motivation statement to [log in to unmask] (200 words max) by Nov 30th to apply for the position. In case there are more than 1 applicants, CREATE members will be asked to cast an online vote based on the motivation statements. The voting would take place between Dec 1st and Dec 18th.
Based on my experience as a webmaster, I strongly encourage everyone to apply for the position - not only will you gain some experience in being a member of an official committee and meet with interesting PhDs from all over the world, but you will also have lots of fun! In case you know about any suitable candidates who are not in the database, please feel free to spread the word! If you have any questions regarding the position, just drop me an email ([log in to unmask]).
Best wishes,
Lisa
