Hi,
The average live span of a module on our system is 3 years (one year in
'archive mode')
Students access: 9 month after end of teaching period (allows enough
time for resits, students re-taking modules are added onto next year's
instance)
Staff access: 12 month after end of teaching period
deleted: 2 years after end of teaching period, eg modules from 2008-9
are removed from the system entirely this academic year
