I have advised that a contact number and offer of help is necessary but I'm pretty sure that a loan power chair is out of the question - the grant applied for is probably not going to cover costs as it is without some effort. There are only ten parking spaces and some pretty serious groundwork is being undertaken to create a level space for accessible parking.
