Good afternoon list
Technical at our meat factory have been putting together a hand washing guide. I am amazed to find that they feel 15 minutes is required for this. Please can anyone forward me any research regarding hand washing and what is actually serficient. I know that some of our sites are high risk but in my opinion so was theatre when I was working in it and 15 minutes was not requried then. Or perhaps that is why the waiting lists are so long now! Any help appreciated thank you
