I think that falls under my ops team role of wider VO services. I'm
therefore happy to coordinate this.

Use cases I'm thinking of are:
1a) A single user wanting to run CPU intensive tasks on their regional VO.
This needs instructions on setting up a UI - possibly in a virtual
machine and submitting jobs - possibly using ganga.
1b) A single user with a chain of jobs wanting to store temporary
input/output on a local SE.
2) A small research collaboration - probably spread across more than one
university.
- May need to worry about data placement
- Probably need to manage a software area
- May be at multiple sites.
3) An medium sized international VO.
- Need to worry about data placement - will need to use FTS
- Will be at multiple sites
4) A group of relatively non technical users who can pay for someone to
get a portal together to submit the jobs for them.
So, has anyone else written this already (in whole or in part). Why
haven't EGI/glite?
