Dear all,
Some of you may be wondering what's happening with the new issues of S&S.
The short answer is that we are experiencing some technical serious difficulties to do with incompatible software, and it turns out that it will be easier to finalize a move to a new provider (that we have been planning for some time), than resolve the issue with the current provider. This will take a few weeks, however.
Normal service should be resumed by the beginning of November, with a full double-issue, A Global Surveillance Society, shortly followed by the Latin American, Urban, and Cybersurveillance issues over the months afterwards. This transfer will also be occasion for introducing some major changes to the way we do our editorial work and a new core team of editors.

In the meantime, if you want to submit an article of any kind, please contact me directly and do not upload any new pieces to the website until further notice (resubmissions are okay).
Thank-you!
