I echo Anne's comment and can only begin to imagine how upset you were
when you realised your mistake. We are all only human after all.....
years ago I sent a very senior manager one of those naughty, jokey
emails by mistake and made myself ill all weekend over it. What made it
worse was the fact that I had just signed the new email and internet
users policy! Fortunately he saw the funny side of it. Needless to say I
have NEVER EVER sent another one and I always password protect.
Have a good weekend
Lesley

There is a saying in the H&S world that 'before someone actually manages
to hurt themselves, they've tried a hundred times'
I've come close to this one with personal risk assessments in the past,
encryption looks attractive to me...
Thanks,
Richard.

Thanks for this Tracy. This is so helpful.
I am sure everyone on the list can empathise with Janette. Its a case of
"There but for the Grace of God go I". It could happen to any of us.
Password protection of sensitive documents is an excellent strategy.
