What do we expect from the Daily Telegraph?
It's so right wing it's off the pitch.
The writer knows the cost of everything but the value of nothing.

I challenge him to actually find out the reality rather than basing his
sketchy opinion an almost 20 years out of date experience.
The library for me is a space for people art the heart of communities
and we are building 2 new ones and refurbishing all of the others. Let
him come and see what a library is or can be nowadays.
Also happy to show our excellent performance figures
