Hello Thomas,
I would expect a reply within 24 hours, if the problem persists, and
would phone if not getting satisfaction. I did experience this problem
recently, but just for a couple of hours.
Kind regards,
Fiona Tyrrell

Is anyone else experiencing a problem accessing EBSCOhost Databases - We
keep receiving the message "Authentication failed due to a system error.
Please close the browser and try again."
I have contacted EBSCO customer services yesterday but they have yet to
inform me of what they think is the problem or how soon it is likely to
be resolved, so I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.
