Hi Sandra
I was told by TLS (a while ago) that username and password could not
be used by the university - only for personal subscribers.

institutional e-access
Hello Sandra,
Am having problems contacting the TLS about our online access.
Our Username and Password no longer seems valid and they haven't
replied to my e-mails.
Is there a contact number for them at all?
With thanks for any help or advice.
Yours Sincerely,
Robert

Subject: [lis-e-resources] TLS Times Literary Supplement institutional
e-access
Hello
Can I ask others what sort of e-access they have to TLS, as we are
finding it difficult to establish how to get entitlement for all our
staff and students?
Our agent assured us that the one username and password could be given
out to everyone but with only one simultaneous user. However, the sub
acknowledgement letter appears to say that the one password (which we
create on first registration) cannot be shared.
Thanks
Sandra
