Our username/password and referring URL access routes are both working
as advertised, I'm afraid.

Subject: [lis-e-resources] EbscoHost Datbases
Is anyone else experiencing a problem accessing EBSCOhost Databases - We
keep receiving the message "Authentication failed due to a system error.
Please close the browser and try again."
I have contacted EBSCO customer services yesterday but they have yet to
inform me of what they think is the problem or how soon it is likely to
be resolved, so I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem.
