I'm assuming you are using a bash shell or something similar. If you have
installed FSL as a normal user, simply copy and paste the following into your
shell.
if [ ${FSLDIR} == "" ]; then echo "FSLDIR is not set, aborting."; else wget -O
${FSLDIR}/bin/dual_regression
http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/analysis/dualreg/dual_regression && chmod a+x
${FSLDIR}/bin/dual_regression; fi
If you installed FSL as a superuser, then you need to run the above with
superuser privileges (e.g. prepend the command with "sudo").
