Dear all,
I successfully installed Sun Grid Engine on my (single) PC which already helped a lot saving time using bedpostx (i.e. the bedpost-job did nicely runs using all 4 CPU cores).
As I understand, probtrackx should be able to do the same thing (referring to the SGE submission FAQs http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl/sgesub.html).
but it doesn't!
At least at my PC, the GUI submits the job to the queue, but there is only one entry under "running jobs" (qmon) instead of four (for each PCU core as happens with bedbost...).
why does this happen?
Any help would be appreciated!
Bastian
