I have been successfully running FSL on a MacBook running OSX 10.6.8 for about a year.
Yesterday, I tried to launch FSLview after not having used it for a couple of months, and I cannot get it to load any images. I downloaded the latest release (4.1.8), and I am having the same problem.
The GUIs seem to be working properly. When I run fslview from either GUI or command line, I get the FSLview menu at the top of the window, but it seems to crash or stop when I try to load an image (even one of the "standard" images which comes with the FSL package. (I do get a little wristwatch like it is thinking, then it just stops)
Any idea what could be happening here?
Could an OSX update have eliminated something that FSLview requires? Perhaps a different update, such as Adobe Reader? I'm trying to brainstorm what has changed about my system in the last two months, because as I said, FSL was working great as of two months ago.
Any help would be great, I miss my FSLview.
Thanks,
Conrad
