Hi Fslers,
trying to make tracts in both hemispheres symmetric, I used fslswapdim -x y z to flip the image first, then take the next steps. But here I got a problem: For example, if I want to flip a single voxel [-14,6,10] in MNI, the new voxel will be [13,6,10]. Where is my mistake? So all tracts seem to be shifted by +1. Any ideas what I should do?
Looking forward to your comments.
Cheers, Robert
