Hi, FSL forum,
I would like to make masks of clusters I see in thresholded zstat
images. However, I did not use cluster-based thresholding. I know
that I can query the suprathreshold clusters (irrespective of the
method of thresholding) using the "cluster" command. But, I then want
to isolate specific clusters in the data (and not necessarily the
largest clusters or ones with highest z-values) and make masks of
these clusters. Is there an easier way to do this than manually
tracing each one?
Cheers,
Christine
