Dear Constanze,
In the Protein Sequence Assignment tool, is it possible that there is no
appropriate window defined in the project, and/or that there is no
spectrum of the relevant type(s) present? That would explain that there is
nothing to select.
When you load a new experiment it will display in an existing window, if
it can, and create a new window to display in, if it cannot. Is it
possible that the first time the experiments had to create their own
windoews, or had an 1H-13C window already present, while the second time
there was a 1H-15N window?
Anyway, you can create your own windows with M:Windows:New Window, and set
them to the axes you like.
Hope this helps,
Rasmus
