Delegates are invited to discuss issues around cases known to them. As the Localism Bill is due to be passed into law later this Autumn, this will be a first opportunity to debate the legal implications of the new Act for housing.
Aims of the Day:
• To understand the basis of EU and UK Law on migration and housing and to focus on recent developments
• To note the latest developments in the Localism Bill 2010 and consider the implications for the housing sector
• To keep up to date with recent developments in housing case law – with a focus on homelessness, possession hearings, succession, anti-social behaviour, private sector housing and Tenancy Deposit Schemes
