Hi Nick,
Welcome to Jisc! Sorry to hear your current workplace is closing. I think Anne Harriss is the person who can best advise on this but I suspect you will need to be a qualified nurse to undertake the role of OH advisor. This is now a degree profession so check out your local universities to see where the training is offered.
