smurf: Kluge STACKFRAMES to work for _REAL inputs
For _REAL the output cube was being created and mapped with type
_REAL but the individual 2d input images were being mapped with
type _DOUBLE by smf_open_file. This meant that the memcpy() was
failing badly. The quick workaround is just to force the output
cube to be _DOUBLE. Obviously if this was a KAPPA application
that would be very naughty.

smurf: Trap problem in STACKFRAMES with _REAL inputs
This doesn't fix the problem but does tell you when your output
data type does not match your input data type.

smurf: Allow the smas to accept an input ndf named directly on the command line.
So the input NDF can now either be specified directly on the command
line, or named (together with otherinput NDFS) within a text file that is
specified on the command line.
