FREE Event:
Evergreen in Scotland: an overview
Golden Lion Hotel, Stirling - 19th October 2011
Stirling and East Dunbartonshire Council Library services are currently implementing Evergreen as an externally hosted, open source, shared service Library Management System. The system has been procured on a consortial basis which is open to new members to join. Evergreen is used by very large consortia in the United States and this is the first installation by public library authorities in the UK. This session will show progress to date and offer attendees the chance to see the Evergreen system. The free session is hosted by the LMS support company PTFS Europe and both representatives from PTFS Europe and staff from both councils will be on hand to answer questions on the project.
