Hi Jess,
If you're not familiar with thematic analysis, I wouldn't jump straight into software. I'm coming to the end of my thesis using NVIVO to analyse data for grounded theory. You have to get to grips with the software as well as the analysis process- it's a common myth that the software will 'do it for you'. My recommendation is that you consult Braun and Clarke's excellent paper:
http://www.resilienceproject.org/files/braun_clarke_using_thematic_analysis_in_psychology.pdf
It's widely available online and gives detailed steps. Make sure you can do analysis without using computers before you draw on data software help. Sometimes the software only adds to the burden!
With Best Wishes,
Ben.

Hi,
I'm not very familiar with qualitative data analysis but need to do some. Can anyone recommend a software program?
Many thanks,
