Many thanks to all that have rated their own workplace performance online when I asked you to participate in my study a few weeks ago - your help is greatly appreciated and I now have a respectable sample size!
Since my study needs both self and rater participants, I am still on the look out for raters... and this time round you can even win a prize, a 25 pounds Amazon voucher! :)

The person you rate should be someone you work with or have worked with in the past e.g. colleagues, line managers, subordinates, clients… Don't worry if you're a full-time student, you can still participate as long as you have some work experience to draw on when completing the survey.
Please note that you will be asked to enter a personal code… this won’t be relevant for you, just put N/A or else (the system won’t allow you to just leave the field blank). If you would like to be entered into the prize draw, which will happen in a month’s time, please leave me a note in the last field of the survey incl. your email address (‘Do you have any other comments?’)
The study has received a favourable ethical opinion from the University of Surrey Ethics Committee.
