Friday 2 December 2011, 10.30am onwards
The Geological Society, Piccadilly, London
The British Universities Film & Video Council is holding a forum to discuss how current projects will result in improved and integrated access to moving image and sound content.
Be the first to hear about the BUFVC's ambitious plans to join up television and radio holdings data, held by both broadcasters & UK educational institutions, with its own expanding integrated database.
The HEFCE funded project will be another step closer to providing a ‘one-stop-shop’ for moving image and sound material.
The forum will include presentations from BUFVC staff and partners on current projects, with information on the additional content users can expect in the future.
The morning forum will also include the BUFVC's AGM and will be followed by an Open Afternoon at the BUFVC.
