Thanks for the email.
Subscription to the list has to be approved by the list owners.
Such approval needs to be granted before the contents of the archive can
be viewed. The intention is to remove this barrier. Does that make sense?
Hadn't realised you were in Moscow - I've been there about 14
times. Also spent a few days in Novosibirsk where I caught the
Trans-Siberian express to Khaborovsk.
