Dear Sarah,
I have looked at the audit, and the main conclusion for me is that is
individuals who are driving social media. This means we should encourage
our scientists to start feeds and blogs, and possibly also give them
tools and training.
Then, I was not aware how much Twitter is used, also because I have no
smartphone, only a tablet.
The audit is certainly worth to discuss in a plenary.
