No you are right though anyway. In the Site page it has the service type for
heplnx207 as Cream CE but if you view the node entry it has the "Endpoint"
as "heplnx207.pp.rl.ac.ukCE" whereas all the other CreamCEs had something
like "heplnx206.pp.rl.ac.ukCREAM-CE"
However editing the entry seems to have fixed that.
Let's see if it starts getting SAM tests and jobs.
That may be one problem solved.
