Hmmm, too...I tried using our WAYFless URL and SD searched okay. I tried logging in via the UKF WAYF list, and the problem was replicated.

I'm having the same problem with Firefox, Safari, SeaMonkey and IE
all display results when using IP authentication but not when accessed
via UK Fed login ....
