Dear Ignacio,
I can't tell if you want to select the point in space for the sphere
to be located or set the number of voxels as a way of specifying
the size of the sphere. I will assume you want the former, in which
case you do:
fslmaths someimage -roi X 1 Y 1 Z 1 0 1 -kernel sphere SIZE -fmeanu -thr 1e-8 -bin output_bin
if you want a binary output.
