Dear Xiangzhen,
If what you have is a 3D or 4D binary mask image and you want
to have values within this mask smoothed and have zeros
outside then the following will do what you want:
fslmaths origimage -s 3.82 -mas maskimage result1
fslmaths maskimage -s 3.82 -mas maskimage result2
fslmaths result1 -div result2 finalresult
