Could someone please help me with my FSL install? I've re-sent my message of below. Note that the only version of FEEDS I can download from the FSL site is a file named fsl-4.1.8-feeds.tar.gz, which when I open and run it says it's FEEDS version 4.1.7.
--- Copy of message sent to FSL list September 2nd:
Hello,
Could someone please help me with my new FSL install? My sysadmin installed the
Ubuntu 08.04 package in /usr/share/fsl, and I downloaded FEEDS into my home
directory. "RUN all" in the feeds directory has some success but crashes late in the
FEAT test (see attached "RUN all" terminal output, FEAT log, and fslerrorreport
output). I subsequently ran "RUN melodic", which crashes immediately, with "--seed:
Option doesn't exist!" in the LOG.
Note that the FEEDS version is 4.1.7 and the FSL version is 4.1.5. Is there anything
I can do about that? e.g. how can I download FEEDS 4.1.5?
In case this is a FEEDS/FSL version mismatch problem, I also tried melodic manually,
using feeds/data, as outlined in the feeds documentation, specifically:
cp -r data examples
cd examples
melodic -i fmri
This runs OK, with no errors reported in the log, however the results (in fmri.ica+)
are different from fmri.ica. For example, the file eigenvalues_percent is
significantly different in the two directories, and fmri.ica+ is missing some files:
avwcc.txt, eigenvalues_adjusted, melodic.log, PPCA, smoothest.
