Hello everyone,
I was trying to visualise a mask in 3D, however when opening FSlView's 3D viewer, 9 times out of 10 I only see a blank (grey) screen. I cannot tell when exactly this happens. I thought it had to do with whether or not a standard was added to the image, but even if I add a standard as an extra layer in addition to the mask layer, the problem still occurs most of the time.
I can always get the 3D viewer to show something if I start with a standard MNI image, however whatever layers I then add do not become visible in the 3D view, even though each layer has its own lookup table options (colours).
I understand others have had this problem as well, and I read of a workaround (set clipping value to 0, click in the grey area, press the R key), however this only works sometimes, and there are still many occasions in which the 3D viewer is simply unusable.
Can anyone suggest what might be causing this problem? Many thanks in advance!
Best wishes,
Tudor
