Hi,
I am willing to receive and respond to the questionnaire you may send
for your studies.
I am a multi disability person from the Philippines (totally blind,
speech impaired with progressive hearing loss).
My access to the internet is only via email. I find it difficult to
communicate via voice chat due to my speech impairment which find
people who will hear me for the first itme difficult to decifer.
Thanks,
Lauro
