sorry that its only really regionally focused but I'm sure some feed back from our region will be useful to other geographic areas...
Pretty certain by now you will have completed a SAR and new Table 1 of the UUW’s Risk Assessment?
How are you finding the response back from UU?
Did you have to produce a stand alone SAR opposed to providing the ground investigation report?
Are the responses reasonably valid / appropriately weighted towards the sites environmental setting?
I don't intend this to be a 'lets have a dig at UU' thread - but more of a how do we help UU overcome the shortfalls (pitfalls) of the new guidance and how they are going about enforcing it.
I know UU have representation on this forum so would welcome their feed back as well.
I'll let you post some opinions before I post my personal feedback.
