This can be installed as part of your Microsoft Campus agreement, depending on what agreement you may have in place with Microsoft of course.

Hi There
We are currently exploring Microsoft Lync - very similar to Skype in look and feel which is pretty obvious I guess as Microsoft has bought Skype :-)
Hope this helps

If you are mainly focussing on One to One Support, you may find that Skype will also do the job - I see others have recommended BigBlueButton which seems to be the one that several institutions are working with at the moment.
Another alternative that I came across the other day was Mikogo (www.mikogo.com) though I haven't tried it myself. It does seem to support up to ten users.

Subject: Free Audio Concerence Software
Hi,
I am looking for a free software package that will allow me to run online training sessions (mainly one-to-one)with staff and students sharing my desktop with them and talking with them at the same time.
I would be grateful if any list members could suggest some systems worth investigating.
thanks,
Arthur
