Hello,
I'm trying to understand why I sometimes get the error "no significant
voxels, check your data" and sometimes the warning "no voxels survive
height threshold". The strange thing is, in my opinion, that the error
occurs during model estimation, i.e. before the threshold has been
applied? Can anyone explain the difference between the error and the
warning, and how the error can occur before the threshold has been applied?
For this example, I got the warning for one amount of smoothing and the
error for another amount of smoothing, but the same data was used.
warning:
Warning: No voxels survive height threshold at u=4.7
