Use FSLview to view the data. See FSL course material for examples.
You could threshold the image with *fslmaths* (e.g., fslmaths dr_stage3_ic0019_tfce_corrp_tstat4 -thr .95 thresh_
dr_stage3_ic0019_tfce_corrp_tstat4), and then use *cluster* and *atlasquery* to extract the coordinates and anatomical labels associated with the regions that exceed your alpha level. The usage for each of these 3 tools can be obtained simply by typing the command name into the terminal.
