I'm not entirely certain what you mean by a "network integration" score. If
you have two groups doing a task, for instance, and you want to see if one
group had more coactivation in a component of interest than the other, then
you could simply run the dual regression script with an appropriate contrast
file (i.e. group.mat and group.con).
On the other hand, suppose you want to correlate individuals' scores on a task
with coactivation in a component of interest. Here the stage 2 output of the
dual regression script contains the coactivations, but you'll have to do the
statistics relating these to the task score yourself. Someone more familiar
with fsl_glm and randomise can probably tell you how to do this using FSL.
