UNHCR's Policy Development and Evaluation Service (PDES) wishes to
engage a suitably qualified consultant or consultancy team to undertake
a global review of the mental health services that UNHCR provides to its
staff members and beneficiaries.
Applicants for this consultancy should ideally have some knowledge of
UNHCR, experience of refugee programmes in a variety of different
locations, as well as proven expertise in the areas of mental health and
organizational evaluation.
This evaluation will be based primarily on desk research and interviews
in Geneva. Limited travel to the field may also be possible.
