Yes and No, Max. I have heard remnants of it in the far north - back of
Menzies, around Mt Magnet, etc. - but they're mainly oldies who speak a
version of OzTongue - the bogans of the shopping centres just swear and talk
crap like paraphrased pop lyrics and US cop show dialogue.
I'm off to the Tassie Poetry Fest this weekend - it is in fact the next
weekend,but I am visiting a friend outside of Hobart for a few days first.
