Dear all
in order to further investigate social risks and economic drawbacks of faked recruitment ads through social networks and online communication, I would be very grateful if you could send me comments, questions, references or suggestions on the subject as you have experienced it in your professional / social or volunteering communities.
I am particularly interested in understanding and assessing also through narratives, critical incidents etc:
- effects of the faked job ads on trust, cohesion, camaraderie and "gang" attitude within internal communication and particularly through distributed intranets and OPAC shared in large organizations (more than 300 employees);
- examples of alternative ways to achieve the same levels of internal / external engagement and visibility with more sustainable positive and enriching formats.
