Dear Imagers,
We want to bring your attention to the latest updates available in the International Neuroimaging Datasharing Initiative (INDI).
1. INDI PRO: The NKI/Rockland sample has completed its prospective data collection and sharing. The sample includes 207 participants ranging in age between 6 and 90 years old. The data for most participants include both resting state fMRI as well as DTI (both 6 and 64 directions are available). In addition, there is a variety of phenotypic measures available (e.g., CBCL, ARQ, DKEFS …).
2. INDI RETRO: The Train-39 sample is now available for download. This sample includes functional scans of 39 young adults who were trained on a complex video game. The scans were taken during various task conditions. All training instructions and behavioral data are available for download.
3. The NeuroBureau has released more preprocessed versions of the ADHD-200 dataset. The different versions can be found here: http://www.nitrc.org/frs/?group_id=383 and more information can be found here: http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index.php/neurobureau:ADHDpreproc
4. Contestants in the ADHD-200 Prediction Accuracy Competition have until September 7th, 10am EST to submit their results.
3055, that is the current total number of datasets shared through the FCP Classic collection (formerly known as 1000 Functional Connectomes Project) and INDI! And with requests for access to INDI coming in on a daily basis, the user base keeps growing consistently. Keep an eye on the INDI pages as new datasets will be added in the next months. For instance, the first data (n=45) from the Spanish resting state consortium will be available for download by the end of August.
As always we are open to any comments or questions! In the mean time, if you’re not downloading the data, we hope you’re analyzing them!
The INDI team
