UK Social Policy Association members will be aware that HEFCE has published,
for consultation, further details on the criteria and working methods for
Main Panel C and its constituent subpanels. The SPA will be responding to
this consultation. If there are any points that you would like the SPA to
include in its response, please let me have these by Friday 16th September.
Many higher education institutions are likely to be submitting their own
responses to the consultation, so it would be helpful if you could consider
whether there are any issues that relate specifically to the assessment of
social policy research.
Best wishes
Caroline Glendinning
