Those interested in speaking at the forthcoming DLM triennial conference (Brussels 12th to 14th December) are kindly requested to submit a proposal by 1st October. Below are links to the DLM conference website and the call for proposals information.
The theme of the conference is Interoperability & MoReq2010®. Making intelligent information control
a reality in Europe. To this end we are looking for speakers to fill a variety of slots around the following core subjects:
• Interoperability and standards
• MoReq2010® present and future
• Applying records management in structured information systems (ERP etc)
• Think small: records management for small and medium enterprises (SME)
• Sustainability: implementing a sustainable records management programme
• e-government and e-business
• Re-use of government data and information
• Freedom of information, access to archives
• Open source
• Information management in the cloud
• Sharing infrastructures and services
• Educating users, fostering a corporate culture of good practice around records and information, raising awareness of information governance requirements
• Long-term preservation and access
